Is the Jewelry Real Gold ?No, Most of our jewelry incorporates 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass, Gold Plated or Gold filled components. The stones are AAA Zircon, Cubic Zirconia and Moissanite. Please avoid excessive water exposure, or harsh chemicals such as perfumes, bleach and chlorine. Keep jewelry in a dry environment and use the cloth for provided for polishing to keep it shining. All jewelry tarnishes within time if it is not properly cared for.

Will the Jewelry turn my skin green ?No, we use High Quality Material to make your jewelry. Our items are also Hypoallergenic and Nickel Free.

What is your return policy?Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. We double check every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. How long is shipping?Once order is made a confirmation email is sent immediately. This email confirms your order. We will send you another email as soon as it ships. Where is My tracking Number?A tracking number will be issued to the email address to which the order was placed under once your order is ready for shipment. It is called pre shipment, Pre shipment does not mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number.

My Package says delivered but I have not received it ?Tanzy's Candy is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered check with your neighbors to see if they may have received your package by mistake. You may also File a claim with USPS.

Can my jewelry be repaired ?Yes, Most jewelry can be repaired for a fee, If Jewelry is damaged after being in your possession we will require a fee. The turn around time for repair is 7-10 business days. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged product.

Lost/ Damaged PackagesTanzy's Candy is not responsible for lost or damaged items. We inspect items before shipping them out to you. Please reach out to your local post office and file a claim for lost and damaged items, Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
